Leamington restaurant fined due to rat infestation
At Leamington Magistrates’ Court, Mohammed Muneer, the owner of Ali’s Curry House at 21 Bath Street, pleaded guilty to two counts of failing to ensure that adequate procedures were in place to control pests and that the construction of the premises failed to permit good hygiene practices, including the protection from contamination by pests.
He was fined £8,000 and full costs of £4,971 were awarded to Warwick District Council.
