The Boar's Head, a pub, bar or nightclub at The Boars Head, Church Street, Hampton Lucy, Warwick was given the score after assessment on November 10, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Stratford-on-Avon's 166 pubs, bars and nightclubs with ratings, 120 (72%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
