Decking the halls with boughs of holly
A vertiable feast of activities is on offer at Kenilworth Castle over the weekend with toy-making, a chance to make your own stocking fillers, storytelling and even a Tudor kissing bough of misletoe for parents to wish each other the season’s greetings.
The castle’s gatehouse, which was last lived in back in the 1930s, will be decked out in period fashion says property manager Holly Woodward.
And she can promise a visit from a rather special VIP dressed in a red jacket and trousers.
