Digance counts down to Leamington show
HE has duetted with Brian May, toured the Middle East and the Falklands and toured with Joan Armatrading and Jim Davidson, now folk singer, comedian and Countdown panellist Richard Digance will be appearing in Leamington.
Listing a Melody Maker album of the year, tours with Steeleye Span, Jethro Tull, Joan Armatrading and US dates with Steve Martin alongside summer seasons at Torquay and countless folk festivals, the singer, who combines skilful acoustic guitar with songs about the humour and sadness of everyday life, will be performing at the Spa Centre on Friday at 7.45pm.
