Experience thundering rhythms of Taiko drummers in Leamington
Audiences can experience the thundering rhythms and muscular synchronisation of the Mugenkyo Taiko Drummers at the Spa Centre in Leamington tomorrow night (Saturday).
Performing in masks and using precise choreography, inventive lighting and dramatic imagery, the group, which performed at more than 80 venues across the world last year, will take to the stage at 7.30pm.
Founded in 1992 by Neil Mackie and Miyuki Williams after they travelled to Japan and discovered the Taiko drum, the group will have been performing in the UK for 20 years in 2014. They are now the most successful Taiko group in the world.
