Famous Welsh artist opens new exhibition in Leamington
One of Wales’ most well-known artists, David Carpanini, visited the Pump Room Gallery in Leamington to introduce the gallery’s new exhibition, David Carpanini: A Painter-Printmaker and His World.
Although he has spent most of his life in Leamington, David’s artwork is focused on the communities of south Wales. Dr Hywel Francis, MP for Aberavon in south Wales, also attended the exhibition launch last Friday and introduced the restrospective exhibition. The free exhibition runs until April 21.
