Get ready for a packed season at Leamington theatre


The season at the theatre in Newbold Terrace also includes the return of CBeebies star Justin Fletcher in an all-singing, all-dancing family show.
In November the Girls Aloud of Baroque I Flautisti, who play recorders of all sizes, will bring audiences four centuries of music - and invite them to bring their own recorder to join in.

Hide AdTouring theatre shows visiting will include the Pinter masterpiece Betrayal, performed by London Classic Theatre, and the ever popular horror by Bram Stoker, Dracula, performed by Blackeyed Theatre.


Leamington’s new entertainment venue LAMP is joining forces with the Spa Centre as both venues host this year’s Leamington Comedy Festival, the line-up of which includes top comedy names - including Lee Hurst, Richard Herring, Mitch Benn, Arthur Smith and children’s comedians.
The Spa Centre will also continue to bring London stand-ups to Leamington audiences with its monthly Barnstormers nights.
Musical acts include Martin Carthy, Kate Rusby, singer-songwriters Sean Taylor and Edwina Hayes and BBC Folk Award winners Lau, as well as tribute shows including UK Pink Floyd Experience and Jackson Live in Concert.

Hide AdVariety performances are also on the bill, with a new Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy radio stage show coming to the stage. Other highlights include a Night of Dirty Dancing, The Dreamboys male strippers, Puppetry of the Penis - and of course this year’s family pantomime, Aladdin.
