Good vibe images by Kenilworth photographer

Images by Tiago Da Silva, who works part-time as a photographer alongside his job as a lorry driver, can now be seen as part of the Renewal 3 exhibition at Gallery 150 in the Regent Court shopping arcade in Leamington.

Born in Porto, the 34-year-old moved to the UK 12 years ago, spent nine of those living in Leamington and has been based in Kenilworth for the past three months. Also a musician, Tiago has enjoyed taking pictures for many years, but it was five years ago that he decided to make something more of the practice.

He said: “I bought a good camera and decided this is what I want to do as a career. I spent 11 months teaching myself photography skills by reading books and material on the internet and have never looked back. I am interested in ‘macro’ - close-up - photography and portraits, but I also like to take pictures of landscapes - anything that gives me a good vibe.”
