Influential drawings on show at Warwick Arts Centre

A SELECTION of 13 influential drawings is coming to Warwick Art Centre for a morning talk and viewing.

Warwickshire’s Art Fund is hosting a lecture and viewing of ‘Transitions: drawings from the collection of MIMA’ (Midlesborough Institute of Modern Art) at the Mead Gallery on Wednesday November 28 from 10am.

The selection of important drawings by 13 key artists of post-war America is on loan from the institute and includes work from Stephen Antonakos, Fred Sandback, Robert Breer, Paul Sharits, Adrian Piper and James Lee Byars, who all look to exploring various elements before moving on to move well-known work.
