Leamington artist’s commemoration seen by many

A LEAMINGTON artist’s commemorative painting for the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee is being seen by thousands of shoppers in one of the busiest streets in the country.

One version of Paul Oz’s HRH portrait is being hung at Selfridges’s British Bang shop in Oxford Street, London, while the other is up at Evergreen Gallery in Daventry.

Paul, who works from his studio in Rugby Road, Leamington, paid tribute to Regent Framing, which agreed to make the frame for his work. He said: “They came up with this frame which gives an incredible edge to it.”
