Leamington exhibition inspired by Olympic Games

AN exhibition of new works by artist Andy Farr is bringing the inspiration of movement and sport to Leamington just days before the opening of the Olympic Games.

Rhythms in Motion will be held at Gallery 150 at Regent Court in Livery Street in Leamington from tomorrow (Tuesday) until Sunday August 5.

Farr’s works are influenced by a variety of styles, including realism, futurism and abstract expressionism.

He uses a striking colour palette and quick brush strokes, which allow the viewer to enter a world of movement.

He looks at the human form and its movements in fragmented facets.

The gallery is open from 11am to 6pm from Tuesday to Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 4pm.
