Leamington’s first theatre is celebrated
Audiences are being taken back to the Victorian era by Leamington drama group, Teatro, as they perform extracts staged at the town’s first theatre 200 years ago.
The group performed on the steps of All Saints’ church yesterday afternoon (Sunday) and will be bringing the drama back to the former theatre - now the Jug and Jester in Bath Street - tonight (Monday) at 7.30pm.
