Matt to lead guitar workshops at Leamington wood
Leamington musician Matt Hernandez will show people fingerstyle guitar techniques including folk, flamenco and blues at workshops at the town’s Foundry Wood tomorrow (Saturday).
Beginners’ tuition starts at 10.30am and lasts for around 30 minutes (£3 per person), while he will lead a masterclass from 11am to 12.30pm (£10 per person). To book a place, call Matt on 07950 391 838.
A guitar lesson from flamenco guitarist Phillip John Lee when he was younger inspired Matt to travel to Spain to discover his family roots and study traditional flamenco guitar. He now performs regularly in Leamington and Warwick.
