‘Movember’ art at Warwickshire gallery

THE Gentleman Artist is holding his first exhibition of moustache paintings in Rugby to help raise awareness and funds for Movember.

The show by the Warwickshire artist will run until November 30 at the House gallery on the corner of North Street and Chestnut Field.

As well chance to view pop art, street art and tattoo art paintings, prints and T-shirts, the night will offer Champagne cocktails, mini cup cakes - and traditional cut throat shaves to help raise cash for the Movember cancer appeal.

Sales of a selection of specially-created moustache paintings will also help with the annual Cancer Research fundraiser which encourages men to grow a moustache to raise awareness of testicular cancer.

A percentage of all moustache art sales and shaves will be donated to the charity.
