Throughout the two weeks the boat is stopping at various towns, villages and venues for various performances as it raises money for Fallen Fusiliers and Zoe’s Place Hospice in Coventry.

Co- organiser Hayley Hindle said “Last year, Folk on the Water raised over £3,000 for Zoe’s Place Hospice.

“This year the event is even bigger, with more venues and more bands, and the hope is to exceed that target through collections at each of the gigs, to benefit both Zoe’s Place and Fallen Fusiliers.

“We encourage everyone to come along to one of the events, enjoy some great music in gorgeous surroundings and help us support these worthwhile charities that are doing such valuable work in our communities.”
