Paul Weller support act confirmed for Warwick Castle gig

Mod icon Paul Weller has announced that Bury band the Gramotones will be supporting his Warwick Castle concert on Friday July 11.

Paul has said he is a “massive” fan of the band and recently mentioned them in MOJO magazine in his list of favourite music in 2013. The Gramotones - who recorded new songs at Paul’s studio earlier this year after being spotted by a drummer in his band - have experienced fast-growing success over the past few years and 2014 is set to be a big year for them too.

With the launch of Paul’s new album More Modern Classics, released on June 2, audiences can expect a memorable night.
