Sandra Peachey has dedicated Peachey Letters, a collection of her writings to the significant people and happenings in her life, to her mother, who lived with the condition for 15 years before she died in July last year.
Her blog about the letters has already had more than 30,000 hits in 24 countries. She said: “I’ve loved writing since I was a child so I thought you are a writer, so write.
“I want to show people that they can follow the same letter-writing process as I have to heal, reconcile and celebrate their lives.”
People can catch her talking about her book at Coventry library at the end of April. To find out more about Sandra and her book and to obtain a copy, go online.
