See Monty Python live on screen in Leamington

Leamington audiences can join London theatre patrons in seeing the comedy legends of the Monty Python shows and films reunite on stage for the first time in three decades.

Monty Python Live (Mostly) will be screened live from the O2 Arena on Sunday July 20 at 7pm, with repeated screenings from Monday July 21 to Friday July 25 at 7pm each evening.

At a combined age of 358, John Cleese, Terry Gilliam, Eric Idle, Terry Jones and Michael Palin will perform some of the best sketches from the film series - with modern, topical, Pythonesque twists.

Monty Python’s Flying Circus first aired on the BBC in 1969 and enjoyed widespread success until 1974. It was followed by five films - but the actors have not performed together since 1989.
