Springtime sparklers at Warwick gallery
DAZZLING and vibrant sculptures, glassworks and paintings promise to get visitors to the Mitchell Gallery in Warwick into the spring spirit.
On display this month at the Church Street venue are glass eggs and orbs by Allister Malcolm, large-scale sculptures – including a Blue Angel and a Butterfly on Ancient Oak – by Sue Parry, suitable for standing in the garden, and a limited edition bronze bust by Mike Yorke, whose Empty Chairs exhibition proved so popular that he was asked to run it three times at three different venues.
Also featuring at the gallery is Roz Bell’s painting Poppy Field and Allister Malcolm’s Angel Wing scent bottle.
