Swan Lake will be a ‘dark and twisted tale’

A new take on the classic ballet Swan Lake will entertain audiences at the Bridge House Theatre, Warwick.

Ballet Theatre UK has taken a new approach to this definitive romance and tells “the untold story, a dark and twisted tale where good is seduced and deceived by evil”.

The new look for the national tour has taken inspiration from the classic ballet and from the Hollywood film Black Swan.

Artistic director Christopher Moore said: “I hope that audiences will find my new viewpoint on Swan Lake will be stimulating for the imagination.”

Audiences are promised stunning sets and a production using more than 120 new costumes.
