UK Touring Theatre are bringing their new production of the high drama romance, created as part of the Strindberg 2012 centenary celebrations, to the stage on Wednesday.

Director Denis Noonan said: “Miss Julie is a very powerful piece. The process of re-translating the play from scratch took eight months, but the result is a script that I think really reflects what Strindberg originally wanted to achieve with the play, as well as being exciting and accessible to a modern audience.”

Tickets cost £8 (£6 concessions) and are available from the Bridge House Theatre on 776438 or online at www.bridgehousetheatre.co.uk
