Student group take on Monteverdi masterpiece

Follow the story of Emperor Nero’s obsession with the bewitching Poppea in Opera Warwick’s production of Monteverdi’s The Coronation of Poppea, in which the group explores gender ambiguity, power and the tensions between love and lust.
