Tonky talk at the Granville
STAND-up comedian and former XFM and Big Breakfast presenter Paul Tonkinson will be performing at Barford pub the Granville on Sunday September 30.
The former Time Out comedian of the year, who has performed on Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow and writes a column for Runner’s World magazine, will be supported by Birmingham comedian Karen Bayley, the first woman to win the Comedy Store King Gong award and a finalist in the BBC New Comedy Awards, with Pete Teckman, Stephen Dodd and compere Ryan Gough completing the bill.
Granville proprietor Val Kersey said: “Our comedy nights are now legendary and always a complete sell-out. We’re delighted to welcome Paul Tonkinson and other fantastic top circuit headliners to the Granville.”
Tickets cost £10 each or £15 with supper. Supper will be available from 6pm to 8pm with the show starting at 8pm.
