The publication, Generation Rising, includes creative writing by pupils from all age groups in the school, who took inspiration from Shakespeare as a form of celebration for the 450th anniversary of the bard’s birth.

All proceeds from the sale of the magazine, as well as those raised at its recent launch event, will be donated to Brass For Africa, which supports orphans in Kampala, Uganda, through music. Last Christmas, a group of Warwick School pupils visited the orphans to see the support in action.

Copies of Generation Rising are available in Waterstones in Leamington and Stratford. To read about the charity, visit www.brassforafrica.com
