Dorrie Johnson, the group’s convenor, said: “It’s not easy to write a complete story in a maximum of 200 words but from past competitions we’ve run we know there are a lot of talented local writers.

“There’s no theme for the stories so writers should feel free to use their imagination.”

To enter a story birng it along with contact information to the Warwick Words Festival Information and Book Swap Stall in Market Place, Warwick, on either Saturday September 17 or Saturday October 1.
