Her academy boasts 150 members across 16 groups in the UK. The academy has grown to include a dedicated online community, an annual awards event and conference, free personal development workshops and weekly online forums.

The new Leamington group will be led by Caroline Kempster, founder and marketing director of Warwickshire-based property specialists, The Letting People.

Ms Cameron, 43, who lives in Leamington, said the new community would have a ‘life changing’ atmosphere for businesswomen who own established organisations.

She said: “Leamington has a huge amount of talented businesswomen who are on the same wavelength and who want to develop their leadership capacity.

“They are energetic leaders who want to mix with others who have similar ambitions, and who are keen to implement personal and business improvements, not just talk about them.

“Caroline has developed the idea to create a community of local businesswomen with a unique atmosphere. It’s going to be a special group and the free launch event will reveal everything.”
