Blaze wins prestigious hairdressing award
Britain’s Best, run by the National Hairdressers’ Federation, is one of the highlights of the hairdressing calendar .
It attracts the industry’s top talent from across the country.

Hide AdWith a record number of entries across the 11 categories, this year’s Britain’s Best was particularly hard fought, making Blaze’s win even moreimpressive.
Blaze beat off stiff competition to win in the Female Fashion Look On Trend category. Salon owner Lee and head colour technician Joshua won the award.
NHF president Paul Curry said: “My congratulations go out to all this year’s winners. The competition was intense and the skill and creativity on show from all the teams was truly breathtaking.
“For Blaze to win in its category was an amazing performance, and the whole salon team should, rightly, be very proud.

The competition was held on November 16 at the Heritage Motor Centre in Gaydon.
It is the third year it has been run and this year included a range of new categories, such as AfroCaribbean, and beauty-based categories, such as Bridal Makeup and Fantasy Total Look.
For the first time a number of categories was also opened up to students and trainees as well as more experienced stylists: Blow Dry, HairUp,and Male Fashion Look.
This year’s competition was sponsored by Sleek, Revlon Professional, SalonGenius, Nanokeratin System and Coversure Insurance Services.
