Notion provides expert business coaching to drive the growth of SMEs and improve the performance of large corporates. Originally combining the talents of change management expert Dominic and international executive coach Laura Ashley-Timms, the company has grown over the last decade to a team of 18 specialists. It has won significant contracts from FTSE 100-listed businesses wanting to introduce new approaches to leadership into their culture.

Realising they were about to outgrow their current office they worked with Paul Smith, relationship manager at NatWest to secure a business loan of £210,000 as part of the bank’s participation in the Government’s Funding for Lending Scheme.

The loan has helped Notion to buy a distinctive, Grade II listed Victorian property on Hamilton Terrace as their new international headquarters.

Dominic said: “As we’ve grown, we wanted to bring some of our remote team together so they can spark off each other and develop new ideas.”
