Paul has trained in a Michelin star restaurant and worked in a four star hotel in France and the tallest building in the southern hemisphere The Eureka tower. But said his real passion is to inspire through his cooking.
“I thought I could get more passion out of a job that has given me so much passion for twelve years and a love of fresh produce that I’ve had since I was born,” he said.
“It’s great to share my experience and passion even giving hints and tips and help others to become better cooks themselves.
