Chesford Grange wins gold award for service

Chesford Grange Hotel, near Kenilworth, has been awarded the prestigious VenueVerdict Gold Standard accreditation for consistently high conference service standards over the last year.

The hotel, part of the Q Hotels group, was one of only 31 venues across the whole of the UK which received the Gold Standard accreditation. Out of the 31 venues, only 12 were hotels, of which an astounding six were from the QHotels portfolio.

Based on research conducted by BDRC Continental, the UK’s largest independent market research agency, the national VenueVerdict awards analyse feedback from over 22,000 event hosts across just under 360 venues, looking at how likely event hosts are to recommend the venue.
