Claire opens farm shop on edge of Kenilworth

The shop opened last week and had the opening night on Saturday. It is between Kenilworth and Coventry on Stoneleigh Road. The site used to be well known for it’s Pick Your Own fields, which is something Claire hopes to bring back in the future.

She said: “I am supplying local beef, lamb, game and pies, organic veg from Canalside Community Food, freshly baked bread, Warwickshire cheeses and Kenilworth honey.

“After Christmas, when I get my alcohol licence through I will also stock local craft ales, perries and wines.

“At the moment there are lots of Christmas trees being sold on site. People can come to us to get their wreaths and Christmas hampers.”

The shop is open every day except Thursday, 8.30am to 6pm and Sundays, 10am to 4pm.
