Coach Clive helps firm achieve success

Last week they were recognised at the Made in the Midlands awards as the Midlands Manufacturing Company of the Year – the top award. And they have been shortlisted in GrowthAccelerator’s first major awards event on June 5 entitled ‘The Brave and the Bold” in the Game Changer category.

Clive said: “They really are a shining local example, and while the business achievement is obviously all theirs, I hope my work with them has contributed materially to their success. They have recently been recognised as one of only 30 companies in the UK designated by GA as ‘Hypergrowth’ because of their superior growth performance.”

June will also see the opening of the company’s new innovation centre in Rugby.

The Government backed GrowthAccelerator service matches experts in business to companies with high growth potential to provide a programme of coaching and leadership training.
