Formation doubles its turnover

Warwick digital design agency Formation is celebrating a raft of new clients after doubling its turnover for the fifth consecutive year.

Formation, established in 2008, specialises in business branding, website design anddevelopment, social media and search engine optimisation.

Founder and managing director Martin Gordon, from Leamington, said the company was currently working on more than 30 projects, ranging from Mazda car dealerships, Mitsubishi and ETG (Engineering Technology Group) of Southam to a luxury French chateau in Dordogne, whilst supporting Warwick Rocks Food & Film Festival, for which it is also a key sponsor.

“We’ve never been as busy as we are this year; in fact, we’re having to take on more design and administrative staff to handle all the new clients we are winning,” said Mr Gordon.”

The company has more than 60 clients, including the highly successful Banana Moon Day Nursery franchise.
