Founded in 1995 in Southam, Racoon International can boast more than 5,000 salons across the UK, with hundreds more internationally that have been certificated to offer Racoon’s products.

Managing director Claire Bartley said: “These are exciting times for Racoon International. We have established the business as one of the major developers and suppliers of human hair extensions in a market that continues to be challenging, and we have a strong and dedicated team.

“However, we recognise that, as we enter our second decade, if we are to progress the evolution of the business we need to strengthen the management team and secure extra resources.

“Sue Davenport brings a wealth of experience and success, and we are delighted that she sees the potential for Racoon International.”
