Helping others is a piece of cake for coffee morning community in Rugby

Volunteers cooked up a tasty way of raising funds for charity at a pub in Bilton.

Charity coffee and cake mornings are held on the first Friday of each month at the Fighting Cocks pub in Cymbeline Way.

Visitors are asked for pay a donation of £3 before being served with coffee and their choice of cake.

Each year a new charity to support is chosen, and in recent years great causes such as Brain Tumour Research have benefited.
