Used by accountants and businesses across the UK and Ireland, Bright has made a significant commitment to the local economy by signing a six-year lease on the new office.

Following a major renovation, the office will provide a workspace for Bright's growing number of employees.

The new office will double the team's capacity in the region and will be used by teams across its suite of tax, audit, payroll and accountancy software.

It will also become a hub for its new AI team, which is working on a range of innovations for firms across the UK, including the recently launched AI payroll tool Oscar.

Ben Bishop, CEO of Bright Software Group, cut the ribbon at a special launch event and said the opening marked a defining moment for the business.

He said: “Our business continues to thrive in the Midlands and, we are investing in new capabilities and creating roles for both graduates and experienced people to join our team.

“AI is rapidly transforming our industry and we are delighted to be growing our expertise in this area within this new space.

“We can't wait to see the opportunities that this new office brings us and the contribution it will allow us to make to the local business community.

"Leamington has a thriving tech community, which we’re proud to be part of.

“We’re looking forward to what comes next."
