Rachael joins team at Woodland Grange

She is now part of the busy team at the AIM Gold accredited venue, which attracts thousands of business delegates each year.

Before joining EEF Venues, Rachael, who lives in Whitnash, spent a year working as a receptionist at the four star Avon Gorge Hotel in Bristol, as part of her university work placement. She is a recent graduate in tourism from the University of Gloucestershire.

Rachael said: “As a receptionist I am the first point of contact for delegates. First impressions count so it’s important to make people feel relaxed and welcomed. Woodland Grange has a fantastic reputation for looking after its delegates, so much so that 70 per cent of bookings here are repeat business, which says a lot about the existing team.”
