The former premises of Fozmula Limited on the Berrington Road Industrial Estate is undergoing a refurbishment and is available by way of a new lease for a flexible term.

The owner is willing to discuss insertion of a purchase option in the lease.

With an internal area of 11,285 sq ft, the premises is heated and has a 440V three phase electricity supply and there are loading and parking areas to both sides of the building, which can be modelled to increase or convert office space according to the occupier’s needs.

Fozmula, which designs and manufactures mechanical and electronic sensors and gauges, occupied the premises for more than 20 years but has recently moved to a larger premises at Tachbrook Park, Warwick.
