Over the last 12 months the business has been busier than ever. With growth at the forefront, ROK has bolstered the team at its Leamington office this year, doubled its turnover and is now looking for bigger premises. And the firm has had some pretty big client wins.

National restaurant chain Browns, which recently celebrated its milestone40th birthday, along with brands like Citroen, and Subaru are all on their roster. But ROK continues to work with local businesses such as clothing store Status, based in Leamington and Millward Brown, the world’s leading market research and brand agency, whose roots are planted in Leamington.

Peter Leopold, ROK’s MD said: “Our new found growth comes from a belief that having the best people on board is a key part of our success. We have a unique team and it’s a fantastic place to work.”

The team is an eclectic mix of inspiring individuals who can often be found throwing themselves up and down mountains, rock climbing and biking. To keep themselves grounded they also regularly practise Yoga with local guru Digby Platt from Stone Monkey.
