“We identified a gap in the market in terms of the career support children receive in school due to financial cutbacks.

“In addition, the job market has changed with most people having four career changes in their working lifetime and changes in terms of the courses available and the introduction of apprenticeships.

“We are passionate about inspiring young people to be the ‘best that they can be’, and our interactive coaching programme identifies the best career solutions for young people based on interests, education and personality.

“We are both mums of teenagers ourselves, qualified coaches and have a vast amount of experiences of business recruitment/employability skills etc.”

Recently Eva and Anne have attended Aylesford School’s career fair and held an interactive session with the pupils at Myton School’s career’s evening.
