Mark Higgs, owner and director, said it will be the biggest site opening to date for him and his team.

They have worked on fresh redesign to get the site open before December, with planned pop-up events to get to know local residents and guests.

Sylwia, the new general manager, said: “I’m thrilled to take on this exciting role at The Olde Coach House.

“We're all about bringing warmth, great food, and a real sense of community to this wonderful spot in the countryside.”

She has been with Freespirit pubs for three years.

"When I was asked to come on board with the new project, I felt super excited and nervous at the same time,” Sylwia added.

"I’ve always looked for new goals and challenges to make life more interesting. I believe that with the local support, we can make the coach house a raging success.”
