Police stopped this VW Golf in Brinklow last night (Thursday) and discovered the driver only held a provisional licence.
Following checks it was revealed that the vehicle was uninsured and the vehicle hadn’t been taxed since September 2024.
The vehicle was seized and driver reported to court.
