a busy month for crabb curtis lettings team

April was a very busy month for the Crabb Curtis lettings department in Leamington with an increase in fast lets and demand for two to four bedroom family homes in the area.

Lettings negotiator Hurjit Brierley said: “We’ve had some fantastic results, letting some of the larger properties within short timescales, achieving asking price, including a four bedroom house on the Kenilworth Road which let on the first viewing within seven days for an asking rent of £2,500.

“All applicants are qualified and registered with us before viewings, providing us with a base of applicants who we know are motivated to move.

“We can then ensure they see the right property to suit their requirements.

“We keep in contact with these applicants and build up a rapport to help find them the right property.”

“With this in mind we’re able to reduce the void period for landlords, who can rest assured that with our stringent referencing process we’re doing our upmost to help secure the rental income on their property.

“As we approach the summer months there is an increase in demand across the Leamington and Warwick area.

“Along with the consistent demand for one and two bed apartments for single professionals and couples there is demand for three and four bedroom houses for families looking to relocate for school and workplace commitments.”
