Agents hold property auction with a big plus

The Auction Agents working with six local estate agency firms recently held their first Midland property auction at the National Motorcycle Museum.

Working with Oulsnams, Hunters, Maguire Jackson, Payne Associates, Knight Rennie and Taylors the room was busy with property people.

Following successful auctions in Devon and Cornwall, the third of four March auctions for The Auction Agents resulted in 100 per cent sales success for the Coventry properties.

The new Auction + method of auctions allows anyone who is interested in a property to bid and purchase thereby opening up the possibility of buying at auction to everyone and not simply the cash buyers.

Most Popular

Auction + provides more time for the buyer to organise finances and complete the transaction. The deposit (payable on the night) is also much smaller than with traditional auctions and so the whole process is more manageable for the home mover.

With more auctions around the country each month, the next Midland auction will be at the National Motorcycle Museum in late May.
