Business booming for Carlene with her SureLet franchise

Following on from her well established career as a chartered surveyor, SureLet Warwickshire franchise owner Carlene Williams has been enjoying a productive summer developing her new residential lettings and management business.

Carlene said: “From the student lettings in Coventry to family homes in Kenilworth, the start could not have been better.”

As a way of seeking new business and promoting the SureLet brand, Carlene has been busy networking, meeting landlords and supporting local events.

On June 13 Carlene and her team were exhibiting at the Kenilworth Business Fair, opened by Lord Digby Jones. The show was a great success providing many business introductions and opportunities.

She added: “I am so happy that we participated as not only did we re- establish old business connections and make some new ones, but we also took on a handful of properties.

“Charlie, the winner of the SureLet champagne raffle was presented with his prize and commented: “I am looking to invest in residential property and building a portfolio. Having discussed SureLet’s services with Carlene, I will not hesitate in instructing SureLet to let and manage my properties.”

After the fair, SureLet Warwickshire were the official sponsors of the Warwick School 1100 year Commemorative Festival.

Carlene said: “We ran a free competition to guess the number of balloons in the SureLet car.”

Winners Max and Marcus were both delighted they had met the team and entered the competition as they both received excellent prizes.

Max, 12, said: “I couldn’t believe it when I received an email from Carlene to say that I had won a brand new Microsoft tablet.” [under 18s competition]

Max’s mother has been both a landlord and tenant and, having visited the SureLet stand and browsed the website, she was extremely complimentary regarding the professional services offered by the company.

The winner of the luxury hamper, Marcus, said: “My wife received a call to say we had won the SureLet competition. A great prize, and the contents of which we have thoroughly enjoyed.”

Following on from the success of the first three months Carlene and her SureLet team are keen to meet new landlords and supply them with the very best service that they deserve.
