Connells says customers will like new-look office

The town centre office now has a new, contemporary interior including an LED-lit window display to maximise its property showcase, a new reception area and new signage throughout.

It is designed to make the environment within Connells more pleasant and professional.

Branch partner Christine Levon believes the changes will make a real difference to customers, many of whom spend a number of hours with the team looking at properties and talking about their mortgage requirements.

She said: “I am thrilled with the changes we have made to the branch which looks absolutely fantastic. We now have a large reception area with chairs and our window display really shows off the properties we have available.

“The new signage gives the office a fresh and contemporary look which I am sure our customers will like. To celebrate the investment in the branch, the Connells team is inviting local home sellers to take up its ‘Six-Week Challenge’, an annual event where the local agent pulls out all the stops to sell vendors properties in just six weeks.

“Connells’ investment in the branch at this time is indicative of a more active market and the fact we have much busier in 2014. We have seen many more buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants come through our doors this year as mortgage availability has increased and schemes like Help to Buy have helped.”
