Connells’ Southam team celebrates company award

The local office fought off tough competition from ten other branches in Connells’ Warwickshire region to win the much coveted accolade.

Christine credited her hardworking team with all of the plaudits. She said: “We are a team of five here in Southam and it’s absolutely wonderful to see that our performance throughout 2013 has been recognised. I added another member to the team early last year and collectively we’ve produced some outstanding results which everybody is really proud of.”

Having worked for Connells since 2006, Christine has excelled in many different positions within the company and now heads up a team that has been recognised as one of the most successful in Warwickshire.

Christine said about her promotion: “I was very taken aback when it was announced I was going to be branch partner, I was also over the moon. The local market is really buoyant at the moment and has been throughout 2013. I’ve really enjoyed seeing my team grow in confidence over the last 12 months; they have taken the bull by the horns when it comes to helping local customers and building the great reputation we now have within Southam.”

The Southam office was redecorated and refitted last year and it seems that the new lease of life given to the interior rubbed off on the team as well.

Registering a 70 per cent increase in sales from 2012 in 2013, Connells in Southam is benefiting from the upturn in housing market activity and believes this gives plenty of encouragement to those thinking of buying or selling in the local area.
