Connells team is celebrating double success in company’s regional awards

The Leamington team won Warwickshire’s ‘branch of the month’, and branch partner Carly Baskott was recognised as the ‘sales negotiator of the month’, outperforming 25 others in October to take the title.

Connells has a well-established team in Leamington Spa which has long been one of the most successful in the company’s national network of almost 500 branches.

Alongside Carly, the team includes senior area director Vanessa Millward, residential sales manager Natalie Davies, sales negotiator Annabel Jones and mortgage manager Kelly Penn. This group has 35 years experience between them.

Carly said: “I am absolutely delighted with our awards in October. Our team combines some of the best people in the estate agency business which explains why we are so successful at winning awards and delivering fantastic results for our customers.”

In addition to their awards, Carly’s team are currently one of the top five offices in the company.
