“We have had a great year but we will not be resting on our laurels. We are already extremely busy and, as confidence returns to the market, we expect activity to increase further,” said Natalie. “Lower interest rates, less restrictive lending criteria and the return of 95 per cent loan to value mortgages are already starting to have a positive impact.
