Having already won the national stages of the International Property Awards, Fine & Country joined other national and international winners at The Savoy in London to be crowned the ultimate title of World’s Best in Estate Agency Marketing. The International Property Awards is the world’s most prestigious property competition throughout the global industry and recognises residential as well as commercial businesses.

Fine & Country’s CEO, Matthew Pryke, said: “These award wins are the absolute icing on the cake for Fine & Country in 2011.

“This kick starts 2012 on a high note which we plan to continue throughout the year. Being crowned the World’s Best in Estate Agency Marketing for the third consecutive year and Gold for Prestige Property for the second consecutive year illustrates the dedication, determination and expertise of our staff and office network to cultivate our position as the leading global brand in the industry. I couldn’t be more proud.”

President of the International Property Awards, Stuart Shields, said: “Winning a coveted World’s Best award is a huge accolade for these companies. They have demonstrated the height of excellence in their field and proved themselves capable of winning against the most accomplished property companies in the world.

“This global recognition puts them at a pinnacle of the international property arena.”

The Estate Agency of the Year Awards, hosted at the Lancaster Hotel in London in December, was attended by leading estate agency businesses from all over the UK.

The Prestige Property Award was presented to Fine & Country by intrepid explorer and inspirational speaker Ben Fogle and Stephen Hayter, national sales director of My Home Move.

The judges commented: “Fine & Country offers an unrivalled consistency of quality branding and high standards across every aspect of this niche market and the fact that Fine & County has been awarded the gold in this category for the second year running reinforces this belief absolutely. Clients recognise and trust this brand, realising the promises made are backed up by expert knowledge and clear understanding of the differences in service, availability and knowledge required by clients shopping for prestige homes.

“Equally as impressive is the scope in which this agency operates; offices are located in far flung locations around the world and the directors have put in place robust measures to ensure communication between the teams is faultless and that clients have access to view amazing properties around the globe.

“Fine & Country doesn’t just offer clients a taste of properties available, it also shows them the lifestyle which goes with it. Inspiring!”
